THE ULTIMATE BEAUTY BOOSTING AND ENERGIZING SPIRULINA SMOOTHIE

I came across Melissa Wood Health Blog and found an amazing green glowing smoothie. I had to share this smoothie on my bog. Every morning I have this smoothie I get this incredible burst of energy. Spirulina is one of the richest plant based sources of protein and is loaded with essential vitamins and anti aging effects. Adding just 1 tbsp a day has me feeling leaner and more energized than ever.

INGREDIENTS (ALL ORGANIC)

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1/2 cup coconut water

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 cup mixed berries (I love it with raspberries)

  • 1/2 pitted date (to cut the taste of the spirulina)

  • 1/2 peeled cucumber (peel tastes bitter blended in a smoothie)

  • 1/2 cup spinach

  • 1/4 cup romaine (optional)

  • 1/2 squeeze lemon

  • Tbsp organic spirulina powder

    PROCESS
