Healthy Vegan Cacao Brownies
Ingredients
2 cups of mashed bananas
1 cup of nut butter ( I used almond butter but any nut butter would work)
1/4 cup of dates
1/4 of vegan maple syrup or (honey, agave)
1 cup of cacao powder
Dash of Vanilla or coconut oil (optional)
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees
Grease a pan with coconut oil or parchment paper
Melt nut butter in a bowl and then add a bowl of mashed bananas
Stir in sweetener, dates and cacao powder until all combined
Pour into a pan and bake for about 25-30 minutes
Let cool for about 10 minutes and then eat the entire thing… or if you have willpower keep in the fridge and have a square throughout the week for a healthy snack
