Healthy Vegan Cacao Brownies

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of mashed bananas

  • 1 cup of nut butter ( I used almond butter but any nut butter would work)

  • 1/4 cup of dates

  • 1/4 of vegan maple syrup or (honey, agave)

  • 1 cup of cacao powder

  • Dash of Vanilla or coconut oil (optional)

Directions

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees

  • Grease a pan with coconut oil or parchment paper

  • Melt nut butter in a bowl and then add a bowl of mashed bananas

  • Stir in sweetener, dates and cacao powder until all combined

  • Pour into a pan and bake for about 25-30 minutes

  • Let cool for about 10 minutes and then eat the entire thing… or if you have willpower keep in the fridge and have a square throughout the week for a healthy snack
